Beatrice Badger

Who is Beatrice Badger?

Beatrice Badger’s origin is not fully known. The Churchill County Museum received her in 1995 from the Fallon Chamber of Commerce. She sat in the museum until 2007 when as part of the creation of the Children’s Discovery Room we held a contest to name her. Since then, she has become a treasured friend and our mascot. No one has ever seen her move, but if you look you can see her out and about in the museum. When things are misplaced or messes are left, Beatrice is always the first accused. Come see if you can find her, or follow her adventures on Churchill County Museum’s Facebook and Instagram pages and in Beatrice Badger stories!
