Photo: Rosaline Williams Rodarte walking in 1980 Indian Rodeo and Pioneer Days Parade. Her outfit consists of a sagebrush dress, tule shoes, a woven basket hat, a pitch-filled water jug, and beaded necklaces. These are traditional garments, similar to those made in Stillwater before the arrival of settlers.
