Today is the start of the annual Pony Express Re-Ride! Every June, members of the National Pony Express Association ride the original route between St. Joseph, MO and Sacramento, CA. Like the original Pony Express Riders, they go all day and night. You can follow their progress here! You can also wait at Ft. Churchill to see them go by, like Sharon Taylor did in 1979 when she took this picture!
