picnic given by Churchill County Parks
and Recreation.
In addition to a free picnic lunch (provided by Parks and Recreation)
and ice cream sundaes (provided by the CCMA), attendees were treated to
music of the 1950s from Harmony 5 and
more music from Jim Moore and friends.
The museum’s annual meeting portion of the program outlined our
accomplishments of the past year and our plans for the future. And, last
but not least, the winning tickets for our 12 raffle items were drawn.
(See below.)
Next year we will probably return to having our Annual Meeting at the
museum on a week night, but we thank Churchill County Parks and Recreation
for including us at their Celebrate Seniors picnic.
